Almost time!

Dallas and I leave 2 weeks from today! I can not believe how quickly the year flew by!! We have 30 guests attending our wedding and we are truly so excited, blessed and happy to have them attending our special day with us. We know everyone else will be there in spirit.

We have done a lot of planning is the last few months... things that could not be planned before we knew how many people we had coming.

We leave for Turks on Sunday January 17th and have a stop in JFK.. then we arrive in Turks and Caicos at 10am Monday morning(the 18th)! My parents will be there Sunday, so it will be just us 4 until thursday when half of our group arrives and everyone else arrives friday!! The big day is Saturday January 23rd @ 4pm.

Dallas and I also have a massage and a candlelit beach honeymoon dinner booked for while we are there. We are also going to go snorkeling and parasailing.. and really relax and enjoy ourselves!

We have a trash the dress shoot scheduled for monday morning. We are really looking forward to venturing the island with our photographer, Ileana, from www.tropicalimaging.com
She is going to show us all the secret spots of the island. I also have a special surprise for Dallas, but he wont receive it until after we get back from Turks.


We are also having a Utah reception, Saturday February 27th from 6-10pm at Pierpont Place in Downtown Salt Lake. We are extremely excited to celebrate with everyone from here in State and also expecting some out of towners too!

Hello All!!! Dallas and I are getting very excited for our special day. You should all be receiving your invites during this next week!!!

I wanted to let everyone know if you can not stay at Beaches because of cost. You should def. check out some other resorts on providenciales island!

There are a ton of options. SO if you can't swing Beaches why not stay off property! Beaches offers day passes for $50-$80 and you get all the amentities as if you are staying on property! Keep that in mind and we hope to see each and everyone of you there. Celebrating in paradise!!!!

We can NOT wait to be in beautiful Turks and Caicos! Party in paradise.. counting down the days. I was on the Beaches website today and I they have a program to build sandcastles.

Only 10 months left until the big day, as of right now we have 17 booked and confirmed guests attending our wedding! We are expecting a great turn out, and can not wait until others confirm their stay! I have been planning like crazy of course, this is my dream, I love to plan and I have been waiting for this wedding day for what feels like forever. Im definitely going for a unique, classic, and modern style and look that is not common on most wedding days!  It will def. be a day to remember! We can't wait to share it with our friends and family. We will be having our Jack and Jill in July, Im almost positive it will be in July,and this will also be our pre wedding reception.

MAGNETS HAVE BEEN MAILED!

OK so by now everyone should have received their magnets and should be checking this site. If not the magnet should be to you shortly.

I wanted to leave a few instructions on here.

The GROUP/BOOKING ID # (WG09012070) on the magnet is the code you use when booking your trip.

You can book your trip through http://www.beaches.com/or 1-800 BEACHES and make sure you tell them you have a group booking ID # and give it to them.

Also the rate with the code right now is 50% off, that 

promo is until MARCH 20th, 2009

If you can go ahead and book it, the deposit is only $400 per room, not per person. Then you can make payments throughout the year or pay in full. The promotions can change so make the deposit and lock in the great rate!

The agreement says it needs to be paid in full by DECEMBER. If you think that after 6 months you aren't going to be able to afford it you can cancel and receive all money back. Ask them about cancellation and reimbursement terms, to double check. But you have a while if you decide you cant come!

OK. I know a lot of people have been getting on the Beaches website and checking out prices. People are getting the incorrect information. I will be adding some prices and comparisons on here using the GROUP BOOKING ID # WE HAVE RECEIVED. You will receive this number in the mail shortly with our save the date magnets. Please don't jump to conclusions. We know everyone will not be able to make it, but were trying to give people enough notice to save a little. Its a perfect time for a family vacation or weekend getaway!!!

ALSO I KNOW ITS VERY VERY HARD TO BELIEVE! BUT THESE RESORTS ARE ALL INCLUSIVE! This means EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED... ALL FOOD FROM 16 SPECIALTY RESTAURANTS, ALL DRINKS (non alcoholic & alcoholic), ALL ACTIVITIES (snorkeling, glass bottom boats, nightly entertainment/shows,disco, windsurfing, hobie cat, sailing, canoes, kayaks, paddle boats,tennis, WATERPARK, table tennis, volleyball, basketball, lawn chess, shuffleboard, horseshoes, croquet, swimming, etc).. EVEN SCUBA DIVING! Unless you need to get certified they offer classes and courses there! They also offer day care, a teen night club, video game lounge, day camp for youth/teens, etc...

Because people pay for their trips all throughout the trip and do not realize how much they have spent until they get home and their accounts are drained. The reason ours may seem a little expensive is because its all right there for you to see BUT everything is included, SO WHAT YOU PAY IS FOR EVERYTHING, you pay for what you get, no additional costs. Have you ever gone back to see how much you spent on vacation?
